Reception and Administration Manager

Full time position

Starting salary: £17,400

Claire House is a registered charity based on the Wirral that provides care at the hospice and in the community, for children and young people with complex, life-limiting/life threatening conditions and their families from across Merseyside, Cheshire, North Wales, West Lancashire and the Isle of Man.

Following a successful building project to create a large welcoming reception and administration hub we have the opportunity to expand the Hospice reception team and develop the function. We are looking for an individual who can provide outstanding management to a team of staff and volunteers to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the reception function for the Hospice. The successful applicant will have experience in and able to coordinate an administration support service to the clinical teams based within the Hospice. The post holder will be highly motivated and welcome the opportunity and challenge of working with a variety of people ensuring a high quality, efficient, child and family centred service is delivered in line with the vision, mission and values of Claire House.

Retail Vacancies:

Assistant Manager- Wirral Shops ( 2-3 days a week)

£6.40 - £6.70 per hour

As one of our Assistant Managers you will assist our shop managers in the running of their shops and have a direct influence on the sales and profit of the shops within the Wirral area. You will be responsible for managing a team of volunteers and working with donated and new stock. The successful candidate will have previous supervisory retail experience,  along with working within the clothing sector and have a flexible approach to work.
