Assistant Care Team Members: £15,000-£17,450, plus benefits.

If you are looking for a role in which you can provide outstanding clinical care and really help make a difference to children, young people and their families, are highly motivated and welcome the opportunity and challenge of working in multidisciplinary team, we now have opportunities to expand the services we provide.

The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in health and social care, ideally with experience of working with children and young people with palliative/complex health care needs.

Additional payments are made for working regular weekends and nights. There is also the option of remaining in the NHS superannuation scheme or joining the Claire House pension scheme, as well as an excellent training and development programme.

HR Advisor – Full time permanent contract – Starting salary £20,945

Do you want to come to work each morning knowing you can make a real difference?   Claire House is a place of laughter, positivity and care with a vision to help more children and families who need us.   As an HR professional you will have a key role to play in ensuring that we achieve this.   We are looking for a bright, self-motivated individual to join our small friendly team that covers the A-Z of HR topics and you will focus on working with the Retail department and delivering training programs across the whole organisation.   If this opportunity excites you, and you are part CIPD qualified with strong IT skills, then we would love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will have significant HR experience in more than one organisation and be keen to develop their professional knowledge and skills.   They will be a great team player who is both flexible and professional in everything that they do.  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, together with attention to detail and a sense of humour are vital.
