Finance Assistant for Retail (full time, permanent role) Starting Salary £17k


Our busy Finance Department requires a qualified, enthusiastic team player to join them as a Finance Assistant, working specifically for Claire House Children's Hospice's successful chain of charity shops.

Fundraising

Events Fundraiser (salary dependent on proven ability and experience)

Are you an energetic and enthusiastic Events Professional?  Do you have the ability to develop strong relationships with individuals and turn every Claire House supporter into a ‘supporter for life’? Could you lead our 'Running' and 'Challenge' income streams, ensuring we continue to grow our teams of 'Claire House Heroes' and have representation at events across the country and the world? Could you assist in the delivery of the Claire House events calendar, developing new flagship events and making sure Claire House has an innovative line-up of activities that is envied by the rest of the charity sector?

If so, you are just the type of person that we are looking for and you could help us lead the way in event fundraising.

The post holder will have responsibility for the charity’s running and challenge event strategy; developing and enhancing the calendar and increasing income incrementally over the coming years. This role will also have responsibility for managing and delivering some of the major fundraising events and activities, as instructed and overseen by the Events Fundraising Manager.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable fundraising experience, proven event management experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will hold a full UK Driving Licence.

Sunday Shop Manager Frodsham - £6.60 per hour (6 hours)

As one of our Sunday Shop Managers you will have a direct influence on the sales and profit of the shop. You will assist the manager with the training and managing of volunteers; as well as working with donated and new stock. The successful candidate will have previous supervisory retail experience along with working within the clothing sector.
