Claire House aims to deliver quality palliative care and a dignified end of life in the child and family’s preferred place of care.  We provide high quality end of life care either in the hospice or at home, using the Hospice to Home service.

We work in collaboration with all the multi-agency teams across our area and have access to the Specialist Paediatric Palliative Care Team based at Royal Liverpool Children’s Hospital. (Alder Hey)

Medical cover is provided by four dedicated GPs who attend the hospice daily and whenever required.

The needs and wishes of the child / young person and their families are central to all decision making.
